Alberta is one of only three Canadian jurisdictions to have enshrined cumulative effects assessment in its legislation. This report, commissioned by Alberta Environmental Protection, summarizes:
- highlights of current practices,
- important challenges that need to be met, and
- options for meeting those challenges.
