coordinating transportation and related activities throughout the Bow Corridor;

establishing joint mobility services (in this regard, it may be useful to review the Regional Services Commission concept as outlined in Alberta's Municipal Government Act);

forming Public / Private Partnerships;

sharing revenues and costs in appropriate cases;

jointly overseeing design and implementation of more intensive solutions;

jointly gathering data on relevant performance indicators to establish a common database; and

reviewing and updating the Bow Smart Mobility Plan every 5 years.
