Bow Corridor Regional Mobility Strategy HOME

	Smart Solutions 2004 - 2010 Smarter Solutions 2010 - 2020 Smartest Solutions 2020 - 2030 Lake Louise Johnston Canyon Banff Canmore BC Border HWY 40     The 44 Strategic Elements that make up the Strategy's short, medium or long-term mobility solutions are tailored to local as well as regional needs. They are designed to allow partners to take a series of incremental actions that address mobility needs as they arise, while preserving future options that involve increasingly more complex and sophisticated measures. To ensure that future options are not compromised by Bow Smart Mobility Plan   short-term responses and that one partner's solutions do not create unintended adverse consequences for other partners in the Bow Corridor, a coordinated plan is essential. It will be the task of the Bow Smart Mobility Partnership to develop a coordinated Mobility Plan for the Corridor. Based on a common vision, the Bow Smart Mobility Plan will provide a platform for each partner to adopt integrated policies and standards to be applied throughout the Region. Solutions can therefore be implemented in a manner that is appropriate in each local jurisdiction while contributing positively to the region's overall needs at the same time.
