Commercial deliveries and ancillary support will continue to be critical to social and economic prosperity in the Bow Corridor and will continue to be facilitated in the most efficient ways possible. Delivery schedules will be coordinated and refined. Incentives will promote fuel efficiency and cooperation for sharing existing freight capacity.
