	Smart Solutions 2004 - 2010 Smarter Solutions 2010 - 2020 Smartest Solutions 2020 - 2030 Manage Regional Traffic As part of the Bow Smart Mobility Partnership... all affected organizations will cooperate to manage through traffic in the Bow Corridor. Through traffic, consisting mainly of ‘smart cars' with improved collision avoidance systems and improved fuel efficiency, will be allowed to pass through the Corridor. Regional visitors and residents will be directed to use the efficient and convenient Sky Tran service, as personal automobile use of the area will be phased out in favour of more benign and better-coordinated mobility options.
