A specialist in environmental engineering/science, Dr. Hettiaratchi has conducted numerous studies in the field of environmental and human health protection including emission of greenhouse gases from a variety of waste management activities.
Allan Legge, Ph.D.
Dr. Legge has over 25 years experience designing, conducting and evaluating research on air quality and the effects of air pollution. He is currently a member of the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

He established the Yukon Forest Commission, developed the Yukon Energy Policy and managed economic development programs in both BC and the Yukon.
